Storage: Overview

Storage covers the one thing this board persists across power cycles: driver-configurable button and toggle state.

• Flash Config: the EEPROM emulation layer, what gets saved and loaded, and how it interacts with the delayed startup CAN frame.

There's no SD card or bulk logging on this board (that's Telemetry's job); this is a small, infrequently-written config blob.
